We have integrated our venturi suction and blow nozzles in a linkage operation to avoid a carry-over of oil, grinding water, etc between different machine tools.
Our venturi tubes can achieve a very good pre-cleaning on round materials. They can be integrated in our prismatic conveyor FP97 in front of or behind the machine tool or mounted as a single unit to a particular machine.

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION:
The blowing air can be switched on and off by an integrated initiator. The low-pressure air streams into the venturi-tube-chamber and gets compressed. A defined air gap between nozzle and shaft increases the air-flow rate. The blowing air is adjustable by a pressure reducing valve (0,8 - 1,8 bar).
The venturi tubes can be changed very fast by a height-adjustable quick-change-system.
Venturi tubes have to be fitted to the shaft diameter, which will be cleaned, i. e. for every diameter a corresponding nozzle is needed (shafts Ø 11 resp. 11,3 mm -> venturi tube Ø 12,0 mm).
